Jennifer E. Mitchell
Principal
Jennifer Mitchell serves as founder and sole public relations practitioner for JMPR Communication. JMPR provides social media consulting and public relations services that align with the changing needs of corporations in the exceedingly online/social world.
In her role, Jennifer aids corporations with blogger relations and micro-blogging campaigns, social media, traditional public relations, and more. JMPR serves clients in all areas of business ranging from online fashion to network security and more. Jennifer also currently serves as the go-to social media PR consultancy for two agencies in Orange County.
Jennifer draws on her eight years of hands-on experience from long-standing San Diego agencies including McQuerter Group, Mentus as well as Qualcomm where she implemented the new media program for Qualcomm Internet Services. Jennifer is trained in Search Engine Optimization, has attended and taught Social Media Boot Camps and is personally active in social media.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in creative writing from the University of California at Riverside.
Harvey S. Doncev
Chief Operating Officer
Harvey Doncev serves as chief operating officer for JMPR Communication. In his role, Harvey is responsible for all the management of day-to-day activities behind the scenes. Harvey handles the “business” allowing Jennifer to focus on the client work.
Harvey draws on his previous career as an attorney in private practice at a couple of firms, most recently The Law Offices of Todd E. Kobernick.
Harvey holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California.
